As soon as we receive your order, our team at the factory immediately ships your product to the delivery address you provided. We save costs on expensive storage facilities in Australia, allowing us to offer you the lowest price.


The result is that the delivery time is slightly longer than you're used to (8-12 days). However, this longer shipping time is outweighed by many benefits, such as: free shipping, always track & trace, and the guarantee of excellent, fast customer service.


Shipping

The processing time for each order is 1 business day. Allow 6 to 15 business days for your order to arrive. If more than 16 days have passed, please email us at info@hanniza.com to inquire about the status of your order. Refunds, if necessary, will be handled via email.


Return Policy

Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer but email us for the return address.



Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@hanniza.com.

To return your product, you should mail your reason for return to info@hanniza.com. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.


Lost/Missing Packages

Hanniza.com is not liable if the wrong address is provided. Please make sure your billing and shipping address is correct before finalizing your order. If we made a mistake, we will take full responsibility for the order and ensure it is re-shipped to you at no cost.
